Who processes your data
The data controller is Tukan 25 EOOD (Тукан 25 ЕООД). Our workshop is in Novi Iskar, Gnilyane quarter, Latinka St., in the yard of the former TKZS (cooperative farm), Sofia, Bulgaria. What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive what you entered: your name, phone number or email address, the type and description of the item and, if you provided them, the quantity, dimensions, weight, condition, where it will be used, preferred colour and finish, and deadline. The form does not accept attached files. If you email us photos or drawings, we receive them as part of your correspondence with us.
The site does not require an account and does not use advertising cookies. If enabled, we use cookie-free visitor statistics without personal data (Plausible or Umami). [To verify: whether statistics are enabled.] Our hosting provider may keep technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, clarify the job and send you a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
We also process limited technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site from spam and abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to reply and follow up on a possible order. [To complete: a specific retention period after which enquiries that did not lead to an order are deleted.]
Who can access it
Your data is available only to Tukan 25 EOOD. To run the form we use providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and an email inbox (Google). Your rights
